Cancellation Policy

Pepper Coaching Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible, please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully.

1. Booking and Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of £20 is required to secure your coaching session(s). This deposit will be applied toward your total fee.

2. Rescheduling and Cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel your coaching session(s) by contacting us via info@itspeppercoaching.com at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule within this timeframe, your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to a rescheduled session, at your preference.
Rescheduled sessions must be booked within 30 days of the original appointment date.

3. Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session, or failure to attend the session (no-show), will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
No refunds or rescheduling opportunities will be provided for late cancellations or no-shows.

4. Refunds

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation confirmation.
Deposits are non-refundable except as expressly outlined above.

5. Extraordinary Circumstances

We understand that unexpected events (illness, emergencies, natural disasters) can occur. Please notify us as soon as possible if such circumstances prevent you from attending your session. We may, at our sole discretion, offer flexibility including rescheduling or partial refund.

6. Confidentiality & Commitment

Coaching is a partnership requiring commitment. Respect for scheduled sessions is essential for optimal results. Your cooperation in timely communication supports the success of your coaching journey.

7. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to update or amend this cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and communicated to clients accordingly.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pepper Coaching is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows, except as expressly stated in this policy.
