​Since then, helping others to grow has been at the heart of everything I do. I get a real buzz from seeing people build new skills, grow in their careers, and step out of their comfort zones. For me, it’s all about helping them find the confidence that sticks.
How it all started...
Like many, I spent my early 20s navigating self-doubt and low confidence. It wasn’t until I began leaning into fear, doing the things that scared me, that I started to gain clarity, build resilience, and carve out a path that aligned with who I truly am.

With over 15 years in the fast-paced corporate world, I have a background of Leadership and Mentoring in Marketing and Transformation.
I’ve supported individuals and teams for over a decade, helping people to tap into their potential, overcome limiting beliefs and break through mental blocks. Whether guiding someone through a major career change or helping them find the confidence to speak up in high pressure situations, I’ve seen first hand that lasting transformation starts from within.

In my roles as Senior Marketing Manager and Senior Transformation Manager, I’ve led large-scale projects and collaborated with global, cross-functional teams, often under intense pressure.
I know what it’s like to go from being the quietest voice in the room to owning the room, with confidence.
That kind of change isn’t instant but it is absolutely possible.
